With the recent stories on music theft in the chiptune/micromusic scene, microdisco wants to release a responding compilation, titled microCrime. From the site:

microdisco is requesting new and unreleased tracks for our next compilaton: microCrime After the recent stories of people stealing lowtech music, we thougt it would be a good idea to start our own “Crime Wave”: a free soundtrack for the good and the bad side of the law! Policecops and burglars, detectives and hackers…On the streets of San Francisco, on the dark alleys of old Londontown or in the little village in your neighbourhood - there’s a murder in the graveyard! Kojack meets Jack the Ripper, Dave Courtney having a cup of tea with Miss Marple, Sherlock Holmes, Dr Watson and the mighty Godfather, there is no limits! We want gangsta-rap!, swinging crime hymns, funky chase tuneZ or whatever (chipmusic-)crime you want to commitsend your tunes with the reference “microcrime” 2 this adress!
